Help section for computer and internet beginners:
File names have an ending with usually 3 letters after 1 dot (point). A * symbol represents the file name part left of the dot, like a substitute. Example: some.pdf SOME is the file name, PDF is the file type (end). The file type tells the computer which software (program) should be used to open the file. Sometimes the user has to select the program when 2 programs are attracted by the same file type.
ODT files open with OPENOFFICE or LIBREOFFICE.
Make a copy of the *.odt file and replace the English text in it with Spanish, save as Spanish version. Print it. Create a PDF version if you need PDF.

Programs needed for the sales activity, by file types: *.pdf files need Adobe Acrobat, *.odt need LibreOffice, *.zip need Winzip or 7ZIP (there are more), *.htm and *.html need an internet browser, *.txt need a simple text editor, it is included in Win10, *.jpg, *.png, *.gif need a picture / photo viewer.
Password protected files can be *.pdf, *.zip and more. When user wants to open these files s/he must enter the correct password.
To open a file: Place the cursor on the computer screen over the file in the File Explorer Window (Windows) 10, then click the left mouse key twice quickly. Or use the File Open Menu of the computer or of the already loaded program.
